Cedar Sauna
60 minutes · $45
Traditional dry heat at 170–190°F with bucket and ladle. Two tiers of benches, seating for eight, and a window on the pines.
A Nordic-style bathhouse on the water: cedar sauna, infrared cabin, hot tub, cold plunge and a glass rest dome on the dock.
Not a locker room with a heater in the corner. Our bathhouse is a circuit — hot, cold, rest — repeated two or three times over an unhurried afternoon.
The cedar sauna runs at 170–190°F with a ladle and water bucket so you can raise the steam yourself. The infrared cabin sits gentler at 130°F for longer, quieter sessions. Between rounds there is a cold plunge, an open-air hot tub, and a lakeside rest dome with tea and blankets.
Robes, towels, slippers and lockers are included with every bathhouse booking. Bring a swimsuit — our sauna and plunge areas are mixed-gender.
Move between them in any order. Most guests find their own pattern by the second round.

45 minutes · $40
A gentler 130°F radiant heat that reaches deeper muscle without the shock. Best for long, meditative sessions and sore backs.
45 minutes · $40
Jetted, 102°F, and outdoors all year. Snow, fog off the lake, or fireflies in July — the water stays exactly the same.
Included with any heat session
A 45°F immersion tub steps from the sauna door. Thirty to sixty seconds is plenty — the effect lasts far longer than the discomfort.
60 minutes · $55 per dome
A private glass pod on the dock, warm in winter and shaded in summer, with herbal tea and blankets. Seats two.
Included with every booking
Loungers on the water, an indoor quiet room, cold infused water and hot tea. Stay as long as we are open.
Repeat two or three times. Drink water between every round, and never push past comfortable.
Ten to fifteen minutes in the cedar sauna, or twenty in the infrared cabin. Leave when you feel genuinely hot, not heroic.
Thirty to sixty seconds in the cold plunge, or a cool rinse. Breathe slowly through it — the shock passes quickly.
Fifteen minutes in the open-air hot tub to bring the body back to a steady, comfortable warmth.
Twenty minutes horizontal in the dome or lounge with tea. This is the part people skip and later regret.
Sauna, infrared, hot tub, plunge, dome and dock — arrive when we open and leave when the light goes. Add a massage and we will schedule it right in the middle.
