1. Scalp Check
A close look at the scalp and roots to choose the right cleanser and mask — dry, oily, flaky or sensitive.
A Japanese-style scalp ritual: warm water, a slow double cleanse and a long pressure-point massage of the scalp, neck and shoulders. Lie back and let your head be held.
The scalp carries more tension than most people realise — clenched jaws, screen-tired eyes and long drives up the Thruway all end up there. A head spa works on all of it at once.
You lie back on a heated bed with your head resting over a warm-water basin. Your therapist looks over the scalp, then works through a gentle double cleanse, an exfoliating or hydrating mask, and twenty to forty minutes of pressure-point massage along the hairline, crown, temples and base of the skull.
The session finishes with neck and shoulder work, a warm towel and a blow-dry. It suits anyone with tension headaches, a dry or oily scalp, or simply a head too busy to switch off.

Two rounds of sulfate-free cleanser under a steady stream of warm water to lift oil, product build-up and dead skin.
A scalp mask or warm oil while your therapist works pressure points across the crown, temples and base of the skull.
Rinse, conditioner, a hot towel wrap, neck and shoulder work, then a gentle blow-dry before you go.
All head spa sessions take place in a private room and include cleanse, scalp massage, towel dry and blow-dry.
Tight temples, a stiff neck and eyes that ache by mid-afternoon — the scalp and suboccipital work goes straight to it.
A proper cleanse and mask resets a scalp that shampoo alone has not been able to fix.
Many guests drift off on the bed. Book an evening slot and go home ready to sleep.

Every head spa ends with a towel and blow-dry, but we do not style. If you have plans afterwards, bring your own products or a hair tie.
Colored hair is fine; we use sulfate-free cleansers. Please tell us about extensions, recent chemical treatments or scalp conditions when you book so we can adjust the products and pressure.
No. Come as you are — skip styling products that day if you can, and remove clips and hair ties before the session.
